Cheese Stuffed Pita Pizzas
With a cheesy, gooey centre and crisp toppings, these pitas make for the perfect afternoon snack or pizza party favourite - ready in under 30 mins!

- 1 packet Pams White Pita Bread
- 2 cups Pams Italian 3 Cheese Blend
- ½ can Pams Tomato and Herb Pasta Sauce
- 4-6 Pams Button Mushrooms, sliced
- ½ packet Pams Shaved Leg Ham, sliced
- ½ can Pams Pineapple Chunks in Juice
Method
- Use a sharp knife to cut an opening in the side of each pita and stuff with a handful of cheese. Evenly place on a baking tray in a single layer.
- Spread a large spoonful of pasta sauce over each pita. Top with slices of mushroom, ham and pineapple.
- Bake in the oven for at 200°C for 10 minutes, until the cheese is melted and golden.
