Cheesy Pesto BBQ pull-apart Loaf
The perfect dish to prepare ahead of time and take to a BBQ potluck. Just wrap it up and chuck it straight on the BBQ! Easy as.

- Flat loaves like focaccia and ciabatta also work well in this recipe!
Ingredients
- 1 large tiger or Vienna loaf
- 1 and ½ cups Pams Grated Mozzarella Cheese
- 4 cloves Pams Garlic, crushed
- 1 tub Pams Basil Pesto Chunky Dip
Method
- Score the bread by cutting almost all of the way through but not reaching the board in order to keep the loaf still holding together. Place onto a large sheet of baking paper.
- Mix the crushed garlic into the basil pesto chunky dip.
- Spoon the garlic pesto into all of the scored gaps in the loaf. Stuff the cheese on top of the gaps and sprinkle any remaining over the top. Roll the loaf up in the baking paper. Place onto a large layer of tinfoil and seal well.
- Cook on the BBQ with the lid down for about 20-30 mins, turning regularly. If cooking in the oven bake at 200°C for 25-30 minutes, or until cheese is all melted and the outside is crispy.
- Unwrap and serve immediately.
