Chocolate Hazelnut Crackle Slice

- 4 cups Pams Cocoa Puffs
- 1 cup Pams Desiccated Coconut
- 1 x 70g pack Pams Hazelnuts, chopped
- 1 block Pams Finest Dark Chocolate
- ½ cup Pams Coconut Oil
- ¼ cup Pams Hazelnut Spread
Method
- Place the cocoa puffs, coconut and most of the chopped hazelnuts in a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Place the half the chocolate, coconut oil and hazelnut spread in a microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, mixing every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Pour the wet mixture into the dry ingredients and mix to combine. Transfer to a lined slice tin and press firmly with the back of a spoon or spatula to compact into the tin. Place in the freezer to set.
- While the slice is in the freezer, melt the remaining chocolate in the microwave. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the top of the slice and sprinkle over the remaining chopped hazelnuts. Place back in the freezer to set for at least 1 hour.
- Once set, cut into slices and transfer to a container and keep stored in the refrigerator.
