Cornflake Breakfast Bars

Ingredients
- 3 cups Pams Cornflakes
- ½ cup Pams Desiccated Coconut
- 70g pack Pams Whole Almonds, roughly chopped
- ¾ cup Pams Smooth Peanut Butter
- ¼ cup Pams Honey
- 2 Tbsp Pams Coconut Oil
Method
- Add the cornflakes, coconut and chopped almonds to a large bowl and mix to combine.
- Add the peanut butter, coconut oil and honey to small saucepan. Place over a medium heat and bring to a boil. Reduce the heat to low and let simmer for 2 minutes, stirring continuously.
- Pour the peanut butter mixture over the cornflakes and mix until everything is well coated.
- Press the mixture into a lined 8 x 8 inch slice tin.
- Place in the freezer for 10 minutes until set, then slice. Keep stored in the fridge for ultimate crunch!
