Ham and Cheese Croissant Bake

Cheesy, eggy and packed with moreish Champagne ham, this no-fuss croissant bake is perfect for feeding a hungry crowd!

Tips & Tricks
Garnish with some freshly chopped parsley or thyme. You could also add other fillings such as tomato, mushrooms, or baby spinach!

Ingredients

  • 1 packet Pams Par-Baked Croissants
  • 4 x Pams Eggs
  • 300ml Pams Cream
  • 1/3 cup Pams Wholegrain Mustard
  • 1 pack Pams Sliced Champagne Leg Ham
  • 1 ½ cups Pams Grated Tasty Cheese

Method

  1. In a medium mixing bowl, add the eggs, cream and 1 tablespoon of the wholegrain mustard. Season well with salt and pepper and whisk to combine.
  2. Cut the croissants in half and place the bottom halves in the bottom of a greased baking dish. Spread over the remaining mustard, layer on most of the ham and sprinkle over most of the cheese. Arrange the croissant halves on top.
  3. Pour the egg mixture over the croissants and let sit for about 15 minutes to soak in. If necessary, gently move the croissants around so that they are all eggy before baking.
  4. Sprinkle the remaining ham and cheese over the top. Cover with foil and bake in the oven at 180°C for 25 minutes, then uncover and continue baking for 5 – 10 minutes until golden and cooked through.
