Mini Lasagne Cups
These easy, cheesy lasagne cups are kid-approved and delicious! The perfect pasta handful that are great for lunchboxes and on-the-go eating.
Tips & Tricks
- Add a stick of celery and a chopped carrot to the pan with the onion & garlic for added vege!
Ingredients
- 1 Pams Brown Onion, finely chopped
- 4 cloves Pams Garlic, finely chopped
- 500g beef mince
- 1 jar Pams Tomato Capsicum and Garlic Pasta Sauce
- 1 packet Pams Egg Lasagne Sheets
- 2 cups Pams Grated Mozzarella Cheese
Method
- Add a splash of oil to a large frypan over medium-high heat. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft & translucent. Add the mince and continue cooking until browned, breaking up as you go.
- Add the pasta sauce to the pan, then fill up the empty sauce jar ¾ with warm water. Shake up before adding to the pan. Stir until everything is well combined, then bring to a simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened.
- Cut the pasta sheets in half and drop into boiling water one-by-one for 30 seconds each. Drain and press into greased large muffin trays.
- Layer the mince mixture and cheese alternatively into the cups until full. Fold the edges into the centre and press down. Sprinkle with cheese and bake at 180°C for 25 minutes.
