Pull-Apart Carbonara Wedges

Tips & Tricks
- Prep ahead up to step 5, then place in the oven to finish cooking for your party.
- Sauté garlic and onion in the saucepan before adding the carbonara sauce for an extra hit of flavour.
Ingredients
- 2 packets Pams Seasoned Wedges
- 4 rashers Pams Streaky Bacon
- 1 tub Pams Carbonara Sauce
- 1 ½ cups Pams Grated Mozzarella
Method
- Place the wedges on a large baking tray and cook as per packet instructions.
- While the wedges are in the oven, cook the bacon until crisp, then chop it into tiny pieces.
- Pour the carbonara sauce into a small saucepan and bring to a simmer over medium heat. Stir through half of the grated cheese to create a thick cheese sauce, then set aside and keep warm.
- When the wedges are nearly completely cooked, remove them from the oven and leave to cool until easy to handle.
- Sprinkle a handful of grated mozzarella into the bottom of a pie dish or small baking dish. Arrange the wedges in the dish standing up. Pour over the carbonara cheese sauce and sprinkle over the remaining mozzarella cheese and the bacon bits.
- Place back in the oven for 15 minutes until golden & bubbling.
