Rocky Road Wreath
For a showstopper of a Christmas dessert that can be prepped prior or brought as a gift, this Rocky Road Wreath will do the trick! Festive, fun and the perfect sweet centrepiece.
Tips & Tricks
- If you don’t have a ring cake tin, you can create your own for this Rocky Road Wreath by placing a standard sized can in the centre of a lined cake tin.
Ingredients
- 2 blocks Pams Finest Dark Chocolate
- 1 cup Pams Festive Mallows
- 1/3 cup Pams Dried Cranberries
- 1 cup Pams Pretzels
- 1/3 cup Pams Sliced Almonds
- ½ cup Pams Festive Party Mix
Method
- Thoroughly grease a standard sized ring cake tin.
- Place the chocolate in a large microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stirring every 30 seconds, or until smooth.
- Add the remaining ingredients into the bowl of melted chocolate and mix well. Pour into the greased cake tin and press extra mallows, pretzels and party mix onto the top.
- Refrigerate for 3 hours or until set.
- When almost ready to serve, remove the rocky road from the fridge and allow to sit at room temp for about 20 minutes. If needed, run a knife around the edge of the pan to loosen the rocky road from the tin before turning out onto a serving plate.
