Summer Grilled BBQ Pizzas

Grilling pizzas on the BBQ is a fun and easy summer family dinner! Get creative using your pizza toppings, what are your family’s favourites?

Tips & Tricks
  • For extra flavour, mix a clove of Pams Crushed Garlic into your olive oil before brushing your pizza bases. Finish the pizzas off with a drizzle of balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 1 pack Pams Original Pizza Bases
  • 1 punnet Pams Basil Pesto Chunky Dip
  • ½ punnet Pams Cherry Tomatoes, sliced
  • ½ cup Pams Kalamata Olives
  • 1 ball of Pams Finest Mozzarella Cheese, torn into pieces
  • ½ bag Pams Mediterranean Rocket

Method

  1. Brush the pizza bases on both sides with olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
  2. Place on the BBQ on a medium-high heat and cook on both sides for about 4 minutes until lightly charred and golden.
  3. Turn the heat down to low and while the pizza bases are still on the BBQ, spoon over some of the pesto chunky dip. Top with the cherry tomatoes, kalamata olives and mozzarella. Close the lid of the BBQ and continue cooking for a couple minutes.
  4. Remove the pizzas from the BBQ and top with a handful of the Mediterranean rocket and season with salt & pepper. Slice into pieces and serve immediately.
