
Any-Bean Dip

Perfect to throw together for a snack, or when entertaining guests! Use any tin of beans or legumes you have in the back of the pantry for this quick, moreish dip.
Tips & Tricks
- Serve with toasted Pams White Pita Bread or your favourite crackers or chips!
- For added freshness and flavour, try adding an extra handful of fresh herbs into the food processor before blending up your dip!
Method
Add the beans, lemon juice, garlic, cumin and olive oil to a food processor. Season generously with salt & pepper and blitz until well combined.
If you would like a smoother dip, slowly add a few tablespoons of cold water while the food processor is running.
Serve the dip with an extra drizzle of olive oil and a sprinkle of fresh herbs of your choice.

1 tin Pams Chickpeas, Pams Black Beans, Pams Kidney Beans, Pams Lentils or Pams Cannellini Beans, drained & rinsed
½ Pams Lemon, juiced (or 1 Tbsp juice)
1 clove Pams Garlic, crushed
1 tsp Pams Ground Cumin
2 Tbsp Pams Extra Virgin Olive Oil, plus extra to serve
Fresh herbs to serve - we love coriander, parsley or dill
