Fakeaways Carbonara Pizza

Tips & Tricks
- Make it a Chicken Carbonara by adding slices of Pams Smoked Chicken Breast!

Ingredients
- 6 slices Pams Streaky Bacon
- 2 Pams Original Pizza Bases
- ½ cup Pams Carbonara Sauce
- 1 cup Pams Mozzarella Grated Cheese
- 2 - 4 Pams Free Range Eggs
Method
- Pre-cook the bacon in a large fry pan for about 6 minutes until nearly crisp. Place on paper towels and set aside.
- Spread the carbonara sauce evenly across the two pizza bases and top with the mozzarella cheese and bacon slices.
- Cooking one at a time, place each pizza in the middle of the oven at 220°C for 4 minutes.
- Remove from the oven and crack 1 - 2 eggs on each pizza and place back in the oven for 6 - 8 minutes, until the eggs are cooked and the cheese is bubbly and golden.
- Season with salt & pepper, cut into wedges and serve hot and gooey!
