Ingredients
2 blocks Pams Finest Cooking Dark Chocolate, broken into pieces
4 candy canes, crushed into small pieces
10 Value Milk Arrowroot Biscuits, roughly chopped
¼ cup Pams Dried Sweetened Cranberries
½ block Pams Finest Cooking White Chocolate, roughly chopped
½ bag Pams Festive Mallows
Method
- Grease and line a standard sized slice tin.
- Bring a pot of water to the boil with a heatproof bowl on top. Gently melt the chocolate in the bowl, stirring constantly. Remove once fully melted. Alternatively melt the chocolate in the microwave, stirring after every 30 seconds until smooth.
- Add the mallows, biscuits, cranberries, half of the candy canes and half of the white chocolate to the melted chocolate and stir to combine.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared slice tin and sprinkle over the remaining crushed candy canes and white chocolate. Refrigerate until set.
- Use a warm knife to cut the slice into small squares, ready to eat.
