Tips & Tricks
- Add a sprinkling of fresh, chopped chilli to your dipping sauce to ramp up the heat!
- When limes are off season, substitute for a tablespoon of white vinegar or rice wine vinegar.
- Garnish with extra lime wedges, slices of chilli and coriander leaves.
Ingredients
- 3 boxes Pams Plant Based Spring Rolls, Curry Puffs and / or Money Bags
- ½ cup of sweet chilli sauce
- 1 Lime, juiced
- 1 Pams Garlic Clove, crushed
- 1 tsp Pams Crushed Ginger
- 1 Tbsp chopped coriander leaves
Method
- Cook the spring rolls, curry puffs or money bags as per packet instructions.
- In a small bowl add the sweet chilli sauce, lime juice, garlic, ginger and chopped coriander. Mix until well combined. Taste and season with salt & pepper. Add cold water a teaspoon at a time until it reaches your desired consistency.
- Place your bowl of dipping sauce in the middle of a large serving platter and arrange your nibbles around the outside. Serve immediately.
